Dear friends,
I am delighted to invite you to the 2008 RMHC APMEA Region Conference to be held at Rydges Hotel in Downtown Christchurch New Zealand. The Conference theme continues the Global RMHC theme “Open Hearts – Open Doors” and reflects the very generous hearts of communities throughout the APMEA region, who through their compassion and hard work, have Opened Doors to thousands of children and families in need.

Through three core programmes – Ronald McDonald House, Ronald McDonald Family Room and Ronald McDonald Care Mobile and other regional initiatives such as Ronald McDonald Family Retreat, RMHC and its regional partners are Opening Doors to comfort, to compassion, to improved health and well being, and to stronger communities.

The 2008 RMHC APMEA Conference will provide an opportunity to celebrate the Open Hearts of RMHC, Staff, Donors, Board Members, Volunteers and Healthcare Professionals who care deeply and do so much for the children of the APMEA Regions. We will all learn from each other, gain new skills, inspire one another, and grow together as true professionals.
